So summer is right around the corner and before you start hyperventilating into your handbag while you spot the bikini aisle, check out this calendar I created to help out with some common problem areas! If you ever find yourself breaking form, make sure to stop, take a break. You want to push your limits, but don’t break yourself! These are all moves I incorporated into my fitness routine that helped me eliminate a lot of unwanted flab. Have fun with it and rock on! (Click to enlarge the image and zoom in)

  1. this is amazing!! i love the idea of doing a little bit each day, hashtag lazy. although to be honest, i don’t remember the last time i was in a bikini and i don’t see it in my near future lol
